30 Years of Social Impact Design in 30 Minutes

Katherine presented at the inaugural symposium for the newly founded Integrated School of Building [InSB].  InSB is a new student-centered market-driven alternative cirriculum model for an AEC+ Higher & Professional Education. The topic of the symposium was "The Integrated Fabric of the City", which offered a critical look at the city, its infrastructure, and other complex networks including those nascent. Katherine's presentation included a comprehensive history of social impact design and how this history informed her work with Architecture for Humanity, the creation of her firm Latent Design, and the soon to launch PID Studio.
